Default My new old 1.7
I finally picked up a 50mm 1.7 for my Sony.
told my son to "just stand there" and snapped it.
Only light if from single halogen track light. Ill be doing some practicing with my nifty fifty.

I ordered a canon 50,mm. Should have it next week. Can't wait to test er' out. Hope it's as sharp as yours. Great photo...

Leaving Saturday to go camping and visit Carmel mission for my son's Mission project, will take more pictures then.

Very, very nice. Wonderful shadows, and the lighting really shows off his beautiful hair. Love his expression, too -- so trusting.
