Default View from my Front Doorstep Tuesday Morning

So I was leaving for work Tuesday morning and step outside, looked up and thought what the...turned and ran back to grab my camera (I knew my opportunity was short). I proceeded to squeeze of about 26 shots. Had no time to try and compose anything, just shot this magnificent sky! No Post Processing except for resizing!

I captured a few of these in my own front yard a couple of weeks ago. I can't believe what colors our sky can generate. We had a beautiful one last night but alas, I broke a photographer's first rule and I didn't have my camera. Blasphemy!

At any rate, fantastic colors! Thanks for sharing!

The sky here in NW England was similar but not as stunning this morning, just didn't get a chance to shoot it - i think it was the calm before the storm according to the weather forecast - great shots anyway

Beautiful colors! I'm glad you had your camera nearby as these were well worth the effort.

I've seen a few wonderful sunrises, but nothing that grand...and not from my front doorstep. You are a lucky man to see this in the morning...even luckier for capturing it.

These are stunning, Duane. I have never been so lucky in the morning here. Those colours are simply luscious! TFS.
