Question It spiky, it's bloody red, it's actually a flower

Yes everyone! It's time for another 'I have no idea what it's called' flower shot.

This 1st shot is actually a stacking of 2 image with different point of focus. I had no intention to do that when I took the shots. But the original shots have such a shallow DOF, I almost threw them away. Amazingly, photoshop did a good job blending them together.

Sharp Red top

That yellow thingy remind me of my http://digital-photography-school.co...ng-pisang.html shots.

Sharp Red side

Stay tuned for the next post of 'I have no idea what it's called' flower shot, soon on DPS Share Your Shots near you.

Thumbs up

Well, no matter what it's called, it's still an awesome shot. Very pretty!

Is the game "I don't know what it's called" similar to the "I have no memory" game? Actually, your game sounds so much better than mine! Sparda, you did a beautiful job in PP. You have such a good eye for these floral details. Your photos are just delightful!

..Hi Sparda!..nice color and detail of err.."no-name" flower..(for our peace of mind can we call this mapulang tusok-tusok na bulaklak na may dilaw na ewan sa gitna....haha..betcha you dont know that one.. it's Tagalog..)

maybe you need to start a portfolio on unknown flowers..i'll help you name them and we'll split on the royalties on copyrights..(if there is a lucrative business for it..lol..)
