Cool Randoms! :)

Everyone made me feel so welcome with my first post, that I thought I would come back and do it again! And again, thanks to all who commented on the first post.

These are just a few random shots from around the area. I'm lucky enough to live in the desert, surrounded by mountains and lakes. Lol

Hi Groper.
The first two made me think of that movie Coalminers Daughter.
The third is a great soft contrasty shot.( would look good in b/w I think)
Great set thanks for sharing.

Hi...I love your second shot...wondering what that is in the first shot? It's a nice shot.

Thanks again guys! I will definitely try the saturation trick too! The first pic is of a little wooden cart on a wire that takes workers out to the overflow station in the lake. It's kinda rickety, and the bottom is open. I don't think I'd really want to try it out personally. Lol

Hi Michelle! beautiful set..i like the last one especially..rugged terrain and good color on the foreground plus there is a focal point at the top of the mountain..

Note:i like your signature too..very creative stamp of your name and the quote made me laugh..

Lol! Thanks Jennie! And if I can make someone laugh, then that's an added bonus!
