I know I said i was not going to post any more photos of my trip to Tofino, but this one was calling out to be posted. We were in the harbour in Tofino, and spotted this old shipwreck on a small island in the inlet. The chain shot was a close-up of the downspout of our cabin. Only two photos this tiime as it is getting late, and I must get to bed. On another note, a portrait i did of my father-in-law took first place in a club competition on window light. This is two firsts in a row so I guess I must be doing something right!
Shipwreck B&W ![]() Chain Downspout (I left this in colour as I felt it worked better to show off the rusted chain links, even though this one is back lit)

these are really great. I love the simplicity of the chain links.

I agree, it would have been rude to leave shipwreck out and the chain with the dripping water is all it needs to be.
But, congratulations on the fine achievement of taking first place with the window lighting picture of father in law, I am so pleased for you Paul. You already know how many people here like and admire your work and this recogition further validates your ability, well done mate Steve |

Both are fantastic shots Paul. The shipwreck is my fave and I like the way the light is hitting the rusty chain. Congratulations two first in a row, well done.

Paul, great pictures! The ship wrecked says so much and the chain perspective is awesome, two examples of why your shots rank where they do.
