Default Little Maddy Moo-moo

My grandmother has joined in on my photography craze and has been making me all sorts of fun crocheted hats and props. This picture was a little noisy, I was playing with my new speed light and trying to get a picture, for some reason my ISO was on 320, and it really was way too high, but I was indoors and I wasn't thinking about the flash, so now I know for next time. I blurred it a bit to kinda even it out. Anyways, this is a picture that I managed to grab before she threw the hat off in a fit, she no longer poses for me

And another from the same night

Love that second one, those beautiful eyes and baby teeth! And I got a kick out of your "recycled electrons" disclaimer. Thanks for the beauty and for the giggle.

Gina,
The first shot is not bad. I love that hat, very cute. I love the second shot! Wow! I wish I could capture my boys eyes like that. I am new to photography and still learning. I took their Christmas card shots yesterday, some turned out really good.

I have a brand new nephew he is a week old. He is coming over on Monday and I plan on practicing my newborn photography.

Going to add you as a flickr friend!

Thanks! The first is not a favorite, I do like it, but I definitely know where I could've done better., it was late, I had just gotten home and I dressed her up and tried to get her to sit and take pictures, but she had other, more important things that she felt she should be doing. The second was an unaware, I was there and she looked up and I snapped. I feel that I am also a newbie, although I have taken classes in college and I take photos at work sometimes but in doing portraits I am still learning. This site has been great, as is Flickr. I told my husband the other day that I knew I loved photography because I sit on the computer for hours either on this site or flickr. Of course you can add me on flickr, I will add you back, I don't think I saw a link on your page for your flickr site.
