I decided that this will be my last post on my trip to the island for now. I still have to sift through the over 1000 shots I took those few days in Tofino. Of course I have to go with my gut on this one, and use my favorite presentation choice; B&W! Cheers.
Rock Outcrops 1(Chesterman Beach) ![]() Rock Outcrop 2 (Chesterman Beach) Sorry about the solar flaring ![]() Beachcombing (Chesterman Beach) ![]() Long Beach (The parking cost was too much for the time we were to spen there, so Bob and I jumped out of the SUV, our spouses watched the vehicle while we shot photos, and we zipped off! We had seen so many beaches that day we were starting to say, "Ho hum, another beautiful beach." Sorry about the clutter on the beach. I would have cleaned it up, but that was the way it looked! LOL!

Hi Paul! so i guess you are back from your trip? your kids at school would have missed you by now..
your choice of B&W is perfect for this..i love the beachcombing shot..mother and daughter hunched and searching for some treasures at the shore..that is my favorite past time as a kid (aside of course from irritating my sister..lol..)..i love the cluttered look on the last one..dont dare clean it! leave it at that..it has a natural feel to it.. beautiful set as always..tnx for sharing..

Hello Patrick. It does look a lot like an Oregon beach scene. That's the west coast for you! You gotta love it, though! Take care.

Another really good beach series. Your first is my favorite of this set. I like the windswept feel of it. The rock looks like it's bracing against the wind and the trees are slightly angled like the wind has blown them back for years and years.

Paul, love the 2nd and 3rd shots! The Beach Combing would be my fav, good composition on it! The last shot is pretty cool too, never seen a beach with logs on it before, unique capture.
