Default Little Black Dress

Gotcha....I have done shots of wine bottles before and when people seen them the conversation and ideas go in different directions. This idea was mentioned by a co-worker and I went with it.

Very interesting concept. I really like it. The first is my favorite for its simplicity, and I really like the reflection of the pearls in the bottle.

Great concept Duane, and like Mike, it's no 1 for me too. And yeah, you got me,
Yours sincerely,

I like the set as a whole. It brings to mind how (sometimes) it takes your date a few tries to settle on an ensemble.

Nice set of pictures!! I had a feeling about this one. I went to a Dianna Krall concert and there were two lovely young ladies in "little black dresses" pormoting this wine! They were also giving out samples, turned into a very nice evening!!

You met the challenge of Still Life photography beautifully with your attention to color, light, especially the sheen on the pearls and shimmer on the glass, and your composition. Of course, the story...no need to say too much as your photo says it all...speaks without shouting.

A really fun thread Duane! Cracking still life idea too, and lovely shots. Was the wine tasty too? And I loved Erik's comment.
