Default I love my nikon D40!

I took an early morming walk last weekend and was so happy I brought my D40 with me

Amazing...I can see why you like it...It's what I started with....and now my daughter uses it...I have a D90 now. This shot is really good...great composition and focus...well done.

Here are the settings -

Focal length 200mm
Aperture f/5.6
Shutter speed 1/50s
Exposure Mode Manual
