I used Paint Shop for the post. I first sharpened and boosted the contrast a little then I duplicated the background layer. I then boosted the saturation up to about 90% (way To over done) on the background layer. I then switched to the duplicate layer (Mask) and converted it to B & W using a pinkish filter and then set the opacity to around 45 and the blend mode to darken. It really seems to emphasis the sun burst, lens flare and the light in the trees. Hope I explained this well enough in case anyone likes the result.

Beautiful effect! I love the photo in general too - lovely colors, shadows & I really like the line formed by the trees and lamp post.
