New at this!
   I'm quite new to photography and have never posted in a forum before, so I figured I would share a few of my favorite shots as of recent. If I'm doing something wrong posting-wise, please do let me know! Thank you!

Looks to me like you are following the "posting rules" just fine. Welcome to the "Forum", this is a great place for beginners... I know since I am one too.
By the way, I really like your second shot. I like how you have light, shadows, and reflections all in one. Keep up the good work

Welcome to DPS, Adrienne. This is a great place to shar and grow as a photographer. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as i have. A nice set to start with. Your second one is my favorite. I really like its composition.

Hi & welcome! It's great fun here. Lovely to see your photos, they're great! I think the second is my fave too, I love the reflection, shadow & the decay of the building!

Hi Adrienne! welcome to DPS! this is a great place to learn and have fun..never hesitate to post your photos..people here are nice and friendly..
by the three samples you have given..i think you are on the right track..very good use of lighting, composition and perspective..i love that each of your shot has a distinct feel and somewhat isolated color in them..i liked the worn down bench epecially..i can feel many good memories in them..tnx for sharing and hope to see some more from you!!!
