Beautiful images! Unbelieveable how different things can look after fog clears, and what an eerie perspective the sea can have in fog. I love your lighthouse photo - it looks fabulous in both color & B&W.

Thanks. That was late afternoon at the spring Wooden Boat show in Grand Marais MN.
Fog really CAN change the way the sea and (more importantly I think) the shore looks. I worked on a Lobster boat for awhile and I remember watching Halfway Rock Light disappear as a fog bank rolled in. Literally, it was there, then it was totally out of sight. No light. Just the horn. One of the eeriest moments I've ever had.
