Default New ashmoleon part 2

Hi all
Back at the Ashmo again this week and it turned out to be more productive in some ways. It was great meeting up with a fellow Oxford Flickr photographer Clive Jones and quite literally bumping into David Attenborough the brother of 'Dickie' lol!!. I also had some fun with a couple who were worried about ruining my shot but i insisited they got in the frame. They shrieked with laughter when they saw the photos on my camera.Thankyou.Its been fun at the museum and i keep finding new things everytime i go back, but more this time as Clive and me swopped some ideas, he was surprised when i started taking photo's of him, well its what i like to do best -people
thanks
mike

Wow, Mike, these are fabulous. You definitely do have a flair for people shots and just "different" shots in general. If I'd taken these pics, they'd be nothing like yours - you just capture something special in each scene. Love them all, each is so different and has something very special about it.

Mike, your composition is flawless. Those are beautiful shots, so much to look at. I love the couple.

Another stunning set, Mike!! (I'm going to copy that phrase so I can paste it in all your posts, and save myself some typing!!)

These are great! My fave is the first one. I love the compostion, and how much more soft the shot gets deeper in.

The couple's nice...CJ's is great, with the blown out window.

Good form, sir!

Hi Nicky
you look funky with a cap lol!! can i say that ??
If they were like mine then they wouldnt be yours he he !! I try to take a simple or uninteresting shot and make it more appealing in fact i am doing the opposite of what i normally do and focusing on colour and de-clarifying also doing that with the black and whites as i can be a little heavy with the contrasts, ohh and i do love to discipline myself lol!!
thanks for you great comments

Thanks jim
i tried to focus and bring out the blue more with the third as it is a kind of self portrait.Actually this room is a little dull so tried to lighten it up a bit.
Cj is a nice guy and has some great ideas
thanks for posting

well hi again Martha

I just need to do things a little different like softening/de-clarifying and enjoying colour for a change. I am working on the washed out kind of look something i have always avoided but can be satisfying with both black/white sepia or colour. The chinese couple were a scream i dont think thier english was very good but they seemed to get my drift, and damn i had forgotten the only chinese word i knew-thankyou lol!!. They were still sitting there long after i had left
thanks for commenting Martha
