Default Smoke on the battlefield...a war well fought!

Ok.....I'm going to post these anyway, because after discovering a very gross error, and trying to redo it, I couldn't duplicate these great results. So, my DPS friends, I expose my carotid artery to you...and will have you do as you please...because I can admit when I have erred. Have mercy on my soul....

I've been trying to capture the epitome of victory and the finality of a battle well fought. With the brave Knight honorably standing by his fallen...King?

Recall the last series I did with this 65 million year old chess set? I tried to do it one better, by adding smoke and fog to the battlefield. So aside from the obvious, negligent, short-sighted, unobservant error, from a technical standpoint, I think I achieved my goal.

Bring it!!

...and finally, the setup....for a big fall on my face!!

Don't sweat it, we're all for gender equality here at DPS. It is a wonderful outcome nevertheless. You can stop slapping your head with that lovely chessboard now.

Actually, Jim, I think you nailed it! Here's why I say that. You're married, right? So you understand that we as men are the rulers of the house, king of our domain, all-powerful, judge and jury...whenever the wife allows it! That's how we maintain the balance of things...give and take, equality, teamwork, partnership...but when things go south, it's HER that's going to take the fall cuz she's REALLY the one in charge, and we know it!! I think you portrayed that whole power struggle very well! Haha!

BTW...pic #2 is my favorite....right out of a movie scene... Bravo! Well played!
