For some reason bridges and railway tracks seem to work in BW

Nice I like the first shot of the tracks leading you through the shot. They do look good converted to b/w

I really like the top one, but I think you should try cropping EITHER the top or the bottom a bit.

I have started playing with B&W and I am enjoying it. I like the first one of the RR tracks and the train the best. They are all good shots. Trudi

It's all about the lines in B/W. You can see them better without the distraction of color
