You've taken a wonderful shot, but that's one ugly bird. LOL It looks like a baby vulture. One can tell it's not a water bird because its feet aren't webbed.
Any idea what kind of bird it is if it's not a vulture?

I also think it's a vulture of some kind, but aren't most creatures soooo cute when they are babies?
