Default Why They Were Brought Here.....

Here are a few more from the Dias de los Muertos parade. Haunting eyes, don't you think?

I have been happy here
among all the suffering eyes: why they were brought here
and exactly what it was they were expected
to take a good close look at,
I can't grasp it, but I am so very glad.

Wonderful! I could stare into those eyes forever. They are mesmerizing. You are as poetic as ever. Thanks for sharing, Linda.

Nice shots, Linda! That last one looks especially haunting!! See you at Tohono Chul for lunch in a couple hours!!! Can't wait, although the weather today doesn't look all that conducive to shooting. Good thing I'll be using my flash!!

No way!! You are going to lunch with Linda? I am jealous of both of you. Have a drink for me.

Yes, haunting, I do think. And speaking of eyes, I am envious. Envious of those photographic eyes of yours that can see and capture such great images.

The day of the dead brought to life with these shots, haunting and thought provoking.
