Post Jantung Pisang

Jantung Pisang (in Malay) literally translates as 'Heart of Banana'. I have never heard what its called in english before, but if I have to guess, it's Banana Flower.

Here in Malaysia, they are boiled and eaten with chili and rice. It doesn't taste that good without the chili, though.

Ahhh..we shred the young ones and cook them with coconut milk..with a kick of chili..one of my favorite dish..

we call them banana heart because of its shape and color..but I know it is really a flower..you really made it look like one..good detail and texture..nice depth and I love the bokehs..a really nice shot..

Note: what’s with the penchant for monkeys and bananas? Lol..just kidding..:P
