Default Cooking Duck

I thought since I been carrying on the last few weeks with all this painting stuff, I'd share a few of the images of one I was playing around with it.

Two ducks hanging out .. I really liked the glowing green, thought this one might be a good candidate.

the shot needed a little fiddling to work as a painting.. some tree branches needed trimming and I wanted a reflection of the ducks.. so I cloned out the branches.. selected each duck flipped it upside down , distorted it and burned it a little to tone it down

I wasn't too picky with the reflections, the more messed up they are, the better they look lol

preheat oven and bake at 350f for aprox 1 3/4 hours or until done

Painted Ducks

the burn in and distorted reflections just got blended in so although photo#2 appears to be a " what was i thinking " it actually worked pretty well.

I know there's a how I did it section in the forums.. but I hangout here in SYS , so this isn't a how I did it... it's a umm ... a ahh ... it's just 3 photos :P
