Default Reflect on these peaceful reflections

I love reflections - and I thought I would share 4 of my favourites with you. I hope you enjoy them.

This first one was taken at Denham at Shark Bay in Western Australia. We were staying in a cottage next to the beach, and as we were cooking tea I looked out the window and saw this most magnificent sunset - so I left my husband cooking and ran out to take photos.........

This photo is at Skull Springs in the Pilbara - not the most glamorous name, but the place is just stunning - along the Davis River. Gigantic silver cajuput trees shade the numerous trickling watercourses that crisscross the river bed. We camped and walked and fished it was absolutely idyllic.

Where the forest meets the sea. This one is sunrise on the Denmark inlet on the south coast - where it is protected from the cold winds coming from the Antarctic. Another morning shot while husband was organising breakfast.

And lastly a favourite overnight camping spot on the Gascoyne River in the midwest, 958 kms north of Perth. An always welcome stop after a long first day drive north. That is our campsite you can see on the river bank. I got up with the birds to take this photo.

Woweeee Jill, these are all so beautiful. The colours in all of them are exceptional.. my favourite (just) is the second one. But I do love them all. You should be proud of your work.

thank you everyone. They were all taken on my Canon Power Shot Pro 1 - a great camera and L lens. It can take supburb shots, but then you have to be in the right place and the right time too!
