I recently etered an Australasian (Oz and NZ) photography competition.
the brief for this shot was "create bokeh using the supplied hood, and place something interesting in the foreground" so i came up with this.. the stars that flash around a cartoon characters head when knocked out. this was all in camera.. all i changed was the number of bokeh stars and their colour. ![]() one exposure.. Strobist Sb24 @ 1/16th high and camera left - bare sb28 @ 1/32 high and camera right - bare
