Another good set Paul, I particularly like the third with its strong diagonals, but the final one is my favourite with the even stronger horizontal and verticals, and good use of space

More cracking B&Ws! The car in the net is brilliant, I love the shadows & the contours. Think the horses are my fave :-) I'm biased though, it's the vet in me! The last 2 remind me of my commute to and from work!

This is an interesting set of pictures. I like them all, but the first is my favorite. The exposure is perfect with very black blacks, white whites, and all the shades in between. The composition is well done too. Others really liked the forth one; and while I liked it generally, I would have preferred greater DOF by using a smaller aperture. But then, that's just a matter of personal preference. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Tom. I totallyhear what you are saying, and i also wish I would have used shallower depth of field. I was just playing around with the diagnol of the fence and size diminishing in the speaker in the background to reinforce perspective. Cheers.

Thanks FoG, but what the heck is a "tannoy"? Is that the other loudspeaker? Cheers.

I like the horse shot, too, Nicky. I have seen so many amazing horse pphotos from members in my photo club, that I want to play with them as well. It also reminds me of horseback riding when I was a kid.

Thanks Steve. I recropped that on in a similar manner to the bench, with consideration for the loudspeaker on the fence.

Thanks Steves Shots. That was an interesting one for the shadows and highlighted areas. The contrast with the net was a bonus.
