My old boots need to be retired. Tried playing around with a little HDR.

nah, these are merely broken in and I am sure...extremely comfortable....

This is a superb image Mike, I like everything about it. The pp is perfect, it should be framed and on the wall.

Wow, I like this photo and I like it for two reasons. One, is your thinking that guided the taking of this photo. It's hard to retire an old pair of faithful boots...think of all the roads they have travelled...but most people are not even going to see the shot, much less take it and post it! Kudos! Secondly, it's just technically so good: Nice sharp details, good choice of sepia, and best of all, emotional impact--your goodbye. Nice!
