Well starlings at the least .. had these guys at the feeder yesterday and today ..I have some perches that I installed to make this look more like they are in the wild .. in this case a branch of sumac ...love the colors .. they are like the bikers of the bird world .. they always travel in gangs lol ..

Impressive! Looks like you did well by installing them some natural habitat to your benefit. Glad I took a look very beautiful bird.

Gorgeous, Rick! Very creative with the perch. A picture of a gorgeously colorful bird somehow is degraded when you see the perfectly formed 1/2" dowel rod they're perched on.

Excellent clarity and bokeh! Thanks for sharing.

Quite interesting birds and impeccably photographed. We have tons of Starlings around where I live in Springfield, OR, or at least what we call Starlings. Ours look quite a bit different from those pictured. Our Starlings are quite ugly; they're completely black, like a Raven or a Crow, and have an ivory colored bill and a white eye. They're quite the pest around here so they're a bit unpopular.
