Default A great tropical sunset from the beach @ my place

A great tropical sunset from the beach @ my place

took the shot @ a very low shutter speed for the foggy shore
and did layering to end up with the nice sunset.

nikon d60 with the stock lens 18-55mm AF VR

In spite of the brilliant reds and yellows, there is a beautiful softness in the foreground. You have created a lovely peaceful scene.

Very pretty - I, too, like the contrast of the fiery red in the sky, and the serene, smooth foreground. Can't wait to see more!

I always love the effect of the slow shutter on the water. Nice work.

Love it. As Tom said...peaceful. Had you not said it was sunset, I would have guessed it as sunrise.
