Default Blowing In the Wind - I Just Don't Know

I took these a few days ago and have been playing around with them in PS. I can't decide what to think about them, so I thought I'd go out on a limb and see what you guys think

Ha!! Climb out on a limb.....now that's funny!!! I like the second one..the color and bokeh are excellent. The brown in the first one detracts the eye...IMHO.

That's why you send them to everyone.....my initial preference is for the first....Jim doesn't like the brown....I don't like the bright white in the 2nd frame as much......although you see more leaf in the second shot, it is sort of an in between shot. It is really different to shoot a leaf perpendicular to its face and that has an artistic feel to it. I also like the nuances of the curving the leaf edge in shot 1. So that's my take on it!

I love them Martha. I actually like both - I like the 1st, I think the brown adds an extra fall color to the mix. And I like the white in the background of the 2nd for how it creates a nice contrast with the sharp edge of the leaf. Beautiful!

Martha, both are very nice, if you want our opinions I would pick #2 simply for the fact you can see the veins in the leaf. Neither the brown in the 1st or the white in the 2nd seem distracting to me. Your problem is all your shots are great there for you end up with tough decisions!

I'm glad you got the pun I hadn't noticed the brown until you mentioned it, then I went back and looked, and now it is irritating me. Thanks a lot! LOL!
