Default new at HDR, would like some comments

this HDR was done with 5 shots at -2, -1, 0, +1, +2, and merged with corel print shop pro photo x2 as were next to shots.

i used a canon 530, the exposure setting were all the camera allowed, can HDR be done with shutter speed as well

polk county court house HDR2

these are the first i felt worthy of posting.

Awesome job! the photos are very dramatic. Its good that you preserved the natural look in these HDR images. good job!

I think you did a really good job and there not over done...only thing i would say is to straighten the horizen in the first one...otherwise nice work,

Looks great! Love that 2nd image. I've done alittle bit of HDR myself. Though after a number of trys I've "noticed" that the sky gets a bit noisey at least in the ones that I've done. I've been using Lightroom 2 after I've done the merge, applied some negative clairty on the sky and well that usually does the trick.

Nice! I like the 2nd and 3rd ones best. I shoot almost everything with auto bracketing (-2, 0, +2) because I like HDR so much! Sometimes I blast the HDR effect to really liven things up, and other times I use it to simply "correct" the shots and bring out the color. Depends on my mood. Keep playing with it!

BTW...Have you tried the trial veresion of Dynamic Photo HDR? I use it and l've it! ...especially since I don't use PhotoShop and my editor at the moment is an OLD version of Paint Shop Pro. You can download it from here: Dynamic Photo HDR.
