In the eyes of children

This shot was taken a couple weeks ago in a floating village on Tonle Sap in Cambodia. The people there flash what we would refer to as a peace sign as a way of waving hello when they have the picture taken. You can see so much about the life they live by looking into the eyes of these children.

What a fantastic opportunity to have been there to capture these...although I'll bet it was heartbreaking at times. Thanks for sharing.

Susan - definitely heartbreaking at times. These kids live in a floating village and are very poor. They beg from strangers whenever they see someone from outside the village.
