Default Some more boring zoo shots! (sigh)

Here are a few more shots from my trip to the zoo with the kids last week. I know zoo shots are cliche, but I thought these turned out pretty cool. This was one of the greenest snakes I've ever seen. Not as sharp as I'd like through the glass, though. I've also added another duck shot with some pretty cool hydro-bokeh, a term I'm trying to invent in the photography world...spread the word!! Thanks for looking! (take a look at the rare shot at the end)

...now brace yourself. I got this very rare capture of the NORTH AMERICAN RED-HEADED PAIN-USS IN THE BUTT-USS, also known as the DRAIN-US MAXIMUS ON THE WALLET-US. I couldn't get a head-on shot to save my life!

Thanks for looking! Everyone had a great time!!

Wow Jim,that snake is incredible, absolutely stunning! And I love the hydro-bokeh.
What is the other bird? Love the way it has tipped his head, posing himself for you.
And the last shot is great, what fab red hair - bet he is also known as "MELT YOUR HEART-US"

Great shots Jim. Love the birds, as you know, my favourire subjects. BTW those DRAINUSS-MAXIMUSS-ON THE WALLETUSS'S get bigger drainuss's in direct proportion with their increase in age, with no limit! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, at least your pics cheer us all up. PAUL

I've been trying to respond to this thread for five minutes, but I've been laughing so hard I couldn't type....this is classic Jim....love it...I needed that laugh so I thank you man for having such a good sense of humor.
BTW...the shots are wonderful...was this Reid Park...I doubt it but thought I'd ask.
