Arrow The Rocking Rockies - I - My first panorama shot

That's my first panorama, taken on trip to Banff national Park this weekend.
The view is from observatory on top of Gondola (Sulphur Mountain)
of the Rockies of Alberta,Canada.
I tried my best to post a bigger version but picasa just wont allow me..
the psd file was about 340Mb big and has a width of 74inches..and
i could not wait to long to post it on DPS i'd to work on it till 4.30 in the morning :-D
There are a few flaws in it but hugely impressed with the results i got.
Next week it'll be one year i bought my D60 and it showed me that I've
actually learning to use it like a DSLR ;-)

The creations of mother nature are simply unparalleled,
I just couldn't move from where i was looking at this scene..
i just wanted to keep taking more pictures and just admire the beauty of..
I really thank god for this opportunity!!

scroll down bit for the picture....

Any comments and suggestions are welcome....

another one from the trip.. i may have to rework on this one to match the colors right....

One more attempt and few more hours just got right ... : -D

I think it is a wonderful shot. The Rockies are stunning, and I would have never guessed that was your first attempt!

Thanks Martha, yes even i could not believe myself, its a result of a small pinch of practice and a huge chunk of technology blended together thanks to guys working hard at Nikon (and others too,let me not be biased) and Adobe day and night to make somebody else life easier, they are just magicians, what else can i say.
