Default There's something hanging from my ceiling!!

Ok...so last week, I had this really nasty headache that just would not go away. I went to my room to lay down for a bit, and maybe take a nap to "sleep it off." Couldn't sleep. Suddenly, I spied something hanging there above my bed...I quickly rolled over thinking SHOOT IT!! SHOOT IT!! So I did...with my camera. Hehe!

(EDIT: Definitely click through to the larger images...much better detail)

Apparently I'm easily entertained...even when I don't feel well!!

(BTW...these are not post processed, or shot in sepia...they're straight off the camera)

I believe I've had headaches like that too. Cool to put a little humor to it.

Hehe! I think the voices in your head werw what caused that headache in the first place........Great ceiling shots! 2nd is my fave - love the detail effect in the shade. You should send these shots to the manufacturer of the shades - you might get a contract for their catalog ;-)

Thanks for the comments!

You may be right, Nicky! The voices in my head must have really been messing with me! I mean...who in their right mind shoots pics of their ceiling fan while laying down on their bed?! I think I'm working too much... Haha!

Cool shots, Gary! I did the same thing with a light bulb hanging over our kitchen sink. Funny what comes to mind when you're bored! It's the sign of becoming a pure photographer...or signs of clinical dementia! I think there's a fine line!!

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, Jim! I'm keeping a close eye on that line. I may be crossing it soon! I won't say which direction...

Well...there was a little spider dangling from the smoke detector the other day, but smoke detectors and little tiny spiders just don't look as cool as ceiling fans!
