How did I know it was going to be Fenway? I was originally from MA and I was raised on the Red Sox...back then they were not televised...my Mom would listen with an earplug and heaven forbid we should disturb. We felt like the players were related to us...they were all she talked about...lol

That's cute! Already I love your mum! I'm pretty much the same - heaven help any guy who ends up with me, he'd better be a Red Sox fan! Or if not, at least not a Yankees fan.

Hey SoxAddict,

I find myself drawn to the fourth shot. I tried something similar in Niagara Falls recently but I didn't like the way it turned out and I don't even know why

It's funny how a photo can just POP, your photo did...very nice

You know, I've discovered that even when we're not happy with our own shots, others often love them! I enjoyed my time wandering around Fenway yesterday, & obviously my photos are cute to me in some way, just because of where they are from, but I wasn't as happy as I could've been because of the lighting/weather. And yet there you are telling me how one of them really does something for you. You should post your Niagara shot - I bet it'll be a big hit. Heck, I posted a silly pic of my crazy cat last week & she was a huge hit!

Okay, confession time. I'm a Yankee fan - but I was born in the Bronx, so I consider it my birthright. That having been said, your pictures are gorgeous, so I'll forgive the subject matter

Seriously, the composition is spot-on and the colors are so vivid. I love the third one, the way the arrow and umbrellas are pointing in each other's direction.

Nice shots, Nicky! I like the second one a lot! Great perspective and lines pointing every which way! Well composed. I like the lineup of the arches in the last also...gorgeous colors!!

Thanks for sharing!

I got to see Fenway once while visiting our son and daughter-in-law. It was over Thanksgiving and of course it was closed, but it was still awesome. I'd love to go to a game there sometime....great shots!

Hi Nicky - you always post beautiful photos ... I don't think you'll find any major league ball parks open after the season .. at least not Wrigley Field or the White Sox park

Nice shots, Nicky! I like the last two the best. Great perpsective and lines! Lots of little details to look at! Well done!
I agree with you...some of my shots I find to be ho-hum (which are most of them lately...), I post anyway, and lots of folks love em! Go figure! I'm going to post some pics of my ceiling fan and see what kind of reactions I get! Haha!
