Default Too much light

Hello, Could someone please tell me how to get good lighting outdoors when it is middle of the day and I am trying to take landscapes. My photos tend to be blown out even when I decrease my ISO and use a low aperature. I want to take a great waterfall picture with a slow shutter speed and keep everything in focus and also great color. Any suggestions on how to do this? Any advice would be appreciated!

I think the best way to do it is invest in a neutral density filter! This reduces the transmission of light and allows you to shoot longer exposure times!

WELCOME to DPS
I know you don't seem to like your shot, but I do like it...it's not perfect...but very few are.
Keep working at it...you'll get it eventually....and when you do be sure to share it here.
