This particular shot didn't take all that long, All I did was some cropping and a little bit of sharpening. The part that's taken awhile is the trial and error to finally get a shot worth a dam. I've always had a fuzzy shot, or the moon hasn't been in full phase, or there was a bit of overcasting, or too much humidity, and caused a slight halo effect that would run havoc with the shot.
