Another from last weekend. Still amazes me the it will be all white when it matures.

I agree (nor did I know) that it is quite amazing that they become their regal white in adulthood. Nice of Mom Nature to provide such protective camouflage for a time. Beautiful shot, Chip. Such graceful flight.

Grat shot Chip. Yeah, I always feel the same about the swans. Can't believe the scrawny looking youngsters become so reagal and white. PAUL

Nature sure is amazing, isn't it? The brown slowly fades away as they grow, its seems. Thanks for commenting, Linda.
