Default 1st baby shoot

I was finally able to co-ordinate schedules to photograph a friends granddaughter. Didn't turn out the greatest and the lighting was bad, so I was kind of bummed. But, after spending 2 days playing with photoshop, I think I've got a few winners. And they are all thrilled, so I guess that's all that matters. They want to do a family portrait in a few weeks! We are our own worst critics!

They all turned out fine......it is hard to get a good expression out of a baby......if you see one, it generally means that it is about to fart or fill up its diaper........with that being said.....I really like the selective coloring with that binkie.

Oh, those are adorable! Of course, I wasn't the one getting frustrated at a photo shoot, but I think it was a success!

The second pic is truly amazing. Those big eyes staring at me just made me smile. Thanx for that.

Thanks! On a positive note, they want to do it again in a few weeks and grandma has a friend wanting me to take some photos of her 4 daughters down by our covered bridge in a few weeks. So, who knows. Little Kinsey was a trooper and a doll for the most part. I asked mom if I could put her on her tummy (propped in my boppy) and she said that she didn't like being on her tummy. I figured, what the heck. And those shots came out the best. She held herself up and gave me a few good expressions before starting to fuss. I'll (hopefully) be more/better prepared next time!)
