Lucky mistake at a gig

I was photographing a band play in the Manchester Roadhouse a couple of nights ago, using the flash because the D40 couldnt pick up anything in the dark. Anyway, moved about a little, accidentally thumbed over part of my flash, and focused on the mike rather than the singer, but this was probably one of my favourite photos of the evening.



As you can probably tell, I'm just starting out, and take some pretty run of the mill photos, but I'm hoping to get better with experience. Cheers y'all

Mistakes are the best. Which implies that the rest of the time we are just trying to hard! Nice image - I really like the high contrast.
