Wow I'd say that was well worth waiting a whole week for, these are magnificent sunset shots. The colours are amazing.

You're not kidding. Reminds me of a fireworks display I saw once where all the fireworks were inadvertantly all set off simultaneously. I'll bet you had a big smile on your face and a sense of kid-like wonder. (That's what I look like right now!) Thanks for the glory!

Hi Lindy - seeing those clouds "lit" up like that was a delight .. I stood on the deck in the cold and wet during that whole time...thanks for the kind words
