Default Walking on the Wild Side

When in South Africa, we took a long walk in the woods at the Elephant Sanctuary that was being prepared for animals...and we walked on these bridges...something I swore I would never do....

They don't look very sturdy...

and....there's nothing like an Elephant kiss...

Nice captures! I don't think I'd be using the bridge and I sure hope the elephants never try either! Thanks for the share.

Great Shots Leona! I love bridges like these, and you did a wonderful job of showing them to us. Elephant Kisses, I'm not to sure about those. I do love elephants. Next month I'll be in Surin Thailand, every year they hold the Elephant round-up/Fair. I'm going to try to get some better photos this year to share here.
Thanks for sharing these
Michael.

Don't know how you managed to keep the camera still, just looking at the bridge gives me the shakes!
Nice Nelly the elephant!

Love that first shot. These bridges make for fun walks, these look in much better shape than some I've been on. You just hold your breath and say a little prayer.

I love the lines and composition of the bridge shots. What a great eye you have for that!
