Default The Badlands

They don't actually look "bad" in this image.

This was taken over the Summer at the Badlands National Park in South Dakota. Almost an hours drive East of Rapid City, South Dakota.

Thanks Leona! I have to admit this is an HDR image, hence the colors are so good. I almost always take my son with me when we go on photograph "expeditions" poor guy doesn't quite have the patience for HDR photography. :-)

Thank you Sox! In person the Badlands are truly amazing, I don't think photographs can capture the "feeling" but I tried.
