haha thats awesome. i bet you take heaps of shots.. i went into my garden yesterday to get some shots of these birds that have taken our gutters for home. the dam mother bird knew i was there and would not pose AT ALL lol.
what kind of equipment are you using anyway?

Great shots Stella, I haven't had much luck with insects in my backyard. Usually I am running away from mosquitoes!
The butterfly shot is really good, especially with the bokeh. Just curious, how do know she is a "she"?

correrog, Yep, I really appreciate it when they pose for me LOL, she/he was there for about an hour or more? I shot these with the Olympus 510, just the kit lens that came with it...
Thanks Dan, I guess it could be a he, problably is right? Aren't the males more colorful? Thanks for the id CD, I'll have to look them up. Thanks Mike, I was really pleased with the plant she/he landed on as well, gave some nice contrast I think. |
