Default Sorry, but this is why I was late

I was late to get out of bed to get some sunrise shots, and then couldn't make myself go home to get ready for the rest of the day. I was behind a bit all morning, but it was worth it.

Nice set of photos. The colors are beautiful. I love the boats - so serene. And the way the rising light highlights the red foliage in the last picture.

How many times have I been lost in the beauty of nature and recording it! I can well understand your predicament. Sometime, you just gotta stop and smell the roses....Excellent shots, btw...

gorgious colours. You are so lucky to live by this lovely waterway. I think I would have trouble dragging myself away to go to my day job!
