Hi guys!! This is a continuation of my photos from my recent trip to a hill station in India. Some of the landscape shots i managed to capture. Some post processing to enhance the color and sharpness.

Your photographs have brought back fond memories of my visits to the Himalayan foothills over the years - I've had the pleasure of spending time in Shimla and one end of the range and Darjeeling and Gangtok in the east.

Where were these taken Zaheb? Are they part of the Sayhyadri Ranges? I remember some beautiful hills running down the coast between Mumbai and Goa.

You've exposed the detail in the landscape beautifully, but, ouch, my eyes - those skies are bright!!

Thanks Jim, Susie and Neil for the lovely comments!!

Im glad these photographs brought back the awsome memories for you Neil. Himalaya is an amazing place to visit, especially with a cool camera Hope i get to visit someday.
This place, Matheran is actually a small hill station located on the Sahyadri Mountain ranges. It is a very very scenic place, very coool climate, AWSOME FOOD and friendly people!! I almost learnt horse riding there Lots of beautiful places to visit in Matheran and its worth the visit.
And i had to overexpose to bring out the details on the mountains. My 2nd day with my new DSLR and it was a good learning experience. I dont have polarizing filters or ND filters, but im gona buy some now

Ill be sharing more photographs from my visit soon.
Thanks for the valuable time and comments guys!!
Zoheb.
