Agreed!

Very well done!

I'm curious - what's the book in the first photo? And did you use an effect to get blur, or it is just the shallow depth of field which gave you that?

I love the composition and lighting in them both.

The depth of field in the first is great, but I'm curious as to why you chose to focus on the text in the left of the shot?

Welcome to DPS!

Ahhh university life! I spent a lot of time reading beer labels rather than books during my university tenure. It's a whole lot easier when one spends the appropriate time with the appropriate materials! Well done shots, spend these next few days on the books, then when midterms are finished, take a little breather and read a beer label!...or two...or more!

i believe that is Frontiers of Psychology
and as for the blur, i was just really close to the textbook, and had to play around with the manual focus to get the effect

actually the blur on the text was pretty much a hiccup on me while trying to manual focus haha.
and theusual late night all nighter drowsiness lol
