Default Holiday at Sydney and NSW

Heya All,

Im totally addicted to DPS! So lovely to spend my day seeing everyone's work and learning, learning, learning. Ive recently got Photoshop and been playing around with it (though Im more for taking pictures than using too much post production magic). Thanks for all your comments and help

Here are a few pictures from my trip to Sydney and Port Stephens last week. Hope you enjoy it-would love to hear what you think.

Warm regards and have a lovely week ahead,
Priya.

Welcome! These are some wonderful shots. I love the color and composition of the gnome on the swing. The second one is simply beautiful. The little girl and her mom is such a sweet moment. You definitley have a great eye for composition.

What amazing shots. Love the candid shot of the gnome. The landscape of the sand dune looks like it came straight out of Nat. Geographic, and the tender moment shared by mother and a tired looking daughter is simply breath taking. Thanks for sharing your great shots.

These are all great shots. The composition on the shot of the gnome almost makes it look alive. I can't wait to see more of your shots!

@butch3r: Thanks for that
@shellie20: I did do a bit of photoshop processing with the second one (of the twigs on the beach) but I think it was a great sight even to start with, which made it fun to play around on photoshop And funnily, the girl was throwing a tantrum that she wanted her mum's capuccino and not her babyccino! Thanks for your encouraging comments.
@ZanieGirl49: Thanks, almost missed the gnome but glad I was able to capture him. I didnt do any work on it and I love that it was a simple, good picture
