Default some more wedding shots-works in progress

here are some more I am working on from the wedding. still works in progress, I am trying get a few together that the Professional who shot the wedding will not be offering.. so I am playing around with them till I decide on a final look.

The groom Paul , cleaned with, softened and color corrected.. not sure if I like the blending on it.. might go more faithful.

Bride and Groom in the church... Smiles, it's all about the smiles lol

This is the Bride's Parents, her mom doesn't walk so well, so her time on the dance floor was very quick... this shot is giving me fits, because I want to make sure I have brides and grooms parents, but the background and again expression is just not that great.

and because I can not get enough of her... the flower girl at the reception. levels adjusted, color balanced, eye's brightened and blended ( she was crying a few minutes prior to the shot ).. and skin tones blended. She is an awesome practice subject, I might have blended her fact a bit much, let me know what ya think

Another nice set, Vin. I like the elderly couple dancing. Classic! A treasure! I'm sure they must be very pleased!

Vin....first shot....love the lighting and expression, but he's a bit fuzzy around the edges.

Second shot....LOVE it, but can you clone out the stuff over his shoulders?

Third shot....it's all about layers and masks...I'm not the one to ask for a how-to, but I'm sure some fine folks here can give you GREAT tips on making a more plain background. Their expressions are beautiful and with the story behind the lady not able to be on her feet much, with a really good bg this will be priceless!

Fourth shot....stunning. I'd never have known she had just been crying, her skin tones look great, there's no redness at all!

I am so freakin' proud of you for taking this on. It's quite obvious that you put so much thought into each shot - more concerned about getting the priceless moments that you can always fix the technicalities in post, rather than someone who fusses with the technical stuff and forgets about the truth and beauty of the moment itself.

Hugs to my big DPS bro!

Very nice. All of them. I understand what you mean about the older couples expressions, but I bet the family will be just thrilled that you captured what is probably a rare moment. And of course, the little girl is just adorable. Wonderful work!

These are well done, Vin. I saw your earlier post while I was at work, but didn't have time to comment. You are really stretching yourself and growing. I love the flower girl in both posts the best. Looking forward to seeing some more.
