Default Amazing what you find in your own backyard

It was a beautiful weekend down here, so I got out and just walked around my yard. Here are a few that I really like. I hope you enjoy them.

I love the simplicity of the yellow flower, it's lovely. And the butterfly photos are wonderful! It really is amazing what we often walk by in our own gardens.

When the flowers started loading, I wasn't expecting the back view of the flower. That is a great shot. The green stem is so vibrant, it just adds to the flower. And the 2nd one with the dew drop is great also. Moth shots are crisp/clear. Nice set.

Nice shots, Allyson! Macros are always very well received here, and these are no exception! Great color and bokeh.

Thank you. Sometimes I find myself driving elsewhere to look for things to shoot, and they are right in your own yard.

Thank you. this flower was the only one in the bunch that was still completely intact. The wind and cool weather have gotten the others. The butterflies were out in abundance this weekend.

Nice perspective on those flower shots Allyson. The butterflies are really good too.
