Tinted face in a mirror but not in the subsequent photograph. How is this possible?

Hello everyone!

I shot these 2 photographs about a few seconds apart @ the hollywood cemetary (Day of the dead festival).

In one of them IMG_55951, there is a mirror with a face in it. However in the other photo there is no face. Both of the photos were shot at almost the same camera angle and focal length.

I'm puzzled because in other photographs where the mirror appeared, it was just blank. And plus it couldn't be the reflection of a person because the face appears tinted.

Any suggestions why?

Obviously, these photographs haven't been edited in any way apart from reducing their size to fit the upload.

Update:

I just noticed that in the photograph with the face there is a shadow looming above the mirror with the face. This doesn't appear in the other photo. A person couldn't have cause that shadow though.

And wow, did u notice that the shadow is covering part of the skull to the side?

My guess is that it is one of those frames that when you look at it from different angles, a picture appears or disappears. Your second photo was taken at a slightly different angle.
If that is not it.....then I'll go with Ghosts mate!

Interesting theory about the photo frame but then it couldn't be one because it is reflecting the elaborate skull frame.

Apart from that, I can't figure out why that face is there.

tri-pod camera, and a picture frame that you changed out the photo?

I haven't manipulated anything while capturing the photograph. No tripod either.

Was looking through the album when I came across this and the face just struck me as odd.

Sorry, but this is scary. Not sure if there was someone there with another picture, or the silver may have tinted the image from an old mirror.
