Autumns almost over .....
The last leaf falls...& the sun remains low in the sky ![]() (helped to get this by a nice spider web having trapped the errant leaf lol... the people walking past me almost had the web down but realised what I was doing and ended up ducking it .. my thanks to them The low sun means the plants wanting to stay around a bit longer have to reach harder

Great shots FoG, the 1st one reminds me of a Spider I was watching on Saturday, there was a leaf caught in it's web and I watched as the spider removed the leaf. It was so interesting watching it work that I forgot to take a picture. l.o.l
I like the lighting in the 2nd shot. Thanks for sharing these Michael.

Nice! Beautiful bokeh on that leaf, too. I've tried to capture a falling leaf, but never thought of enlisting help from a spider

whoa..nice leaf shots!!! love the bokeh on the first..if you had not spilled the beans on the spider's web i would totally think that the leaf is suspended in midair..good thing the tourists duck so you can this shot..
very good lighting on the second..the details of the leaf is highlighted by the receding sun..
