I think the first two are the more successful at the fake tilt-shift effect. I particularly like the marina (probably at least in part because I don't think I've seen boats in a fake tilt-shift before).

How did you create these? You shoot with a Nikon and a Canon - They were taken with a Kodak? Was it a fake TS done in PS?

miniature faking works best with overhead shots, or shots where the distance from the camera is associated with position in the frame (i.e., follows the gradient mask you use). For shots like the third one, you're probably better off going with a depth mask, rather than a straight gradient mask. More work, though.
Remember, the blur is faking the narrow DoF you get with macro shots. That's why everything looks tiny.
